Cancellation & Refund Policy

German & Art

German & Art classes have a minimum commitment of three months. Payment for three  months is due one week before the first class starts. 

Cancellation: Classes need to be cancelled 48 hours prior to class. If group size is smaller or equal two students, classes need to get cancelled as a group or the duration of the class will be half as long.

Missing class can be made up 14 days after the missing date (if cancelled 48 hours prior to class.) No refund applies. 

Pause from German & Art classes: Please, give two weeks notice before taking a break from German & Art classes.

Snow Day Make Up: A snow day closure announced by Anna’s Art Lab, in sync with the local school district, can be made up before June 30 in the same year.

Weekly Art Classes

Weekly art classes have a minimum commitment of one month. Payment for one month is due one week before the first class starts.

Workshops can be joined last minute, but must be paid before class starts.

Cancellation: Workshops need to get canceled 48 hours prior class to receive a class credit that can be used within 3 months. For later cancellations, there will be no refund or credit.

Camps

Camps can be joined last minute, but must be paid before class starts.

Cancellation: Camps need to get canceled one week prior to class to receive a class credit that can be used within 3 months. For later cancellations, there will be no refund or credit.
